The German Emigration Center is looking for immediate hiring
an employee (m/f/d) as office clerk in full-time, initially limited to two years
Our team is seeking support! Do you enjoy the following tasks?
Daily business: Care and organization of group bookings
Communication: Email correspondence, switchboard, customer and guest support.
Organization: Scheduling, preparing meetings, travel planning.
Office Management: Structuring the daily routine, incoming/outgoing mail, material procurement, invoice creation
Do you have a completed education in the commercial or tourism sector and are proficient in common office programs? You are welcome to use your English skills with us. Career changers are welcome!
