Autumn time is museum time

From Tuesday, October 18, 2022, our popular tours for adults and families will resume.

Follow in the footsteps of real emigrants aboard an ocean liner, immerse yourself in historic New York, and seek a new home together with immigrants in Germany: With the start of the autumn vacations in Lower Saxony and Bremen, our autumn holiday program will also begin. From October 18 to October 30, 2022, large and small visitors can explore 330 years of migration history through a classic tour or a family tour.

The classic tour for adults will take place from October 18 to October 26, every Tuesday and Wednesday at 3:30 PM. Playful insights into the travel luggage and the motivations of emigrants and immigrants will be offered during the family tours on Sunday, October 23, and Sunday, October 30, each at 10:30 AM.

Additionally, the ongoing lecture series “Lost in War” provides background knowledge on Ukrainian (migration) history and its connection to German history.
