The DAH presents its new house catalog

An impressive exhibition, one of the most significant collections on migration, and a unique architecture: For the anniversary year, a new house catalog has been published, which follows the tour of the museum in a fresh design, with current photos and concise texts.

“The new catalog presents our house as vividly as our visitors experience it every day.”, says Dr. Simone Blaschka, Director of the Migration Museum.

Since the museum was founded in 2005, the house has been extensively expanded both structurally and content-wise twice: The catalog also documents all the new rooms and themes that came with the latest expansion in 2021. It follows the staged tour through the exhibition and additionally provides historical facts, many personal stories, insights into the collection, background knowledge, hidden details, and anecdotes. The catalog also dedicated to the museum as a place of exchange between science and society: The academy of the museum, as well as architecture and art in the building each have their own chapter.
