New film about migration history in the exhibition

For our new film project, we traveled from Bremerhaven via Bremen, Potsdam, and Frankfurt (Oder) to Wrocław and spoke with people who come from Wrocław or have moved there. They all shared their stories with us – about their lives there, their migration, and their memories of Wrocław/Breslau. About a city that is constantly changing, a life before or after a turning point, and about places and people that make this city special for them.
Since our opening in 2005, we have been showing films about migration history at the Roxy Cinema. The short documentary about Wrocław/Breslau is now the fifth in-house production of the DAH. The film will be on display in the cinema at the exhibition in the German Emigration Center starting in early December.
