The German Emigration Center Bremerhaven offers a unique setting for various events – from private celebrations and receptions to corporate events and conferences. The combination of culture, history, and architecture of the museum together with its location at the historic emigration port makes our venues absolutely extraordinary.
Our versatile event spaces allow for individually designed formats, including catering, film screenings in our in-house cinema, or themed guided tours. As an open research and dialogue venue, the German Emigration Center also welcomes scientific events from all disciplines. Current societal issues are discussed, and new perspectives on migration are provided in the rooms of the Academy of Comparative Migration Studies.
